Shipping charges will be calculated at check out.
• All Jewelry is final sale.
• We do not accept Returns or Exchanges.
• Note: If item arrives broken, please email us within 24 hours.
We accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
• Returned within 14 days of the receipt of purchase
• In original packaging, unworn, free of make-up stains and free of odor
• Accompanied with the return form below
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange.
• Sample and Sale Items are final sale.
• For any type of exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping fees (when sending item and also when item is shipped by us).
• Customer is responsible for shipping fees to return items.
• We may occasionally sell out of an item because of limited quantities. In this case we will notify you via email.
• We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages if you package states it was delivered.
